J U D G M E N T

ANTONY DOMINIC, J.:

The prayer in this O.P. is to direct the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, to expedite disposal of O.P.No.1492/2014. On the filing of this O.P., this Court called for a report from the Family Court and accordingly, a report dated 28.3.2015 has been received. Reading of the report does not persuade us to think that the Family Court is guilty of any laches justifying an order as prayed for. That apart, it is also stated that M.C.No.18/2014 filed by the respondent against the petitioner is also pending before the Family Court. We, therefore, dispose of this original petition directing the Family Court to expedite disposal of the case as mentioned above and pass final orders, as expeditiously as possible.
