JUDGMENT

K.Ramakrishnan,J.

Both counsel submitted that the order under challenge Ext. P11 is only in respect of interim custody of the child during vacation and that period is over and this court has modified Ext.P11 order and on the basis of that order the arrangement has continued till the end of the vacation. So there is no further order is required in this matter. If there is no further orders are required, the parties are required to move the Family Court for appropriate orders. If such application is filed, appropriate orders will be passed by the Family Court.

With the above observations this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
