JUDGMENT

Abdul Rehim, J:

The petitioner is seeking direction for an early disposal of OP.No.1772/2011 on the files of the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. Complaint is that, despite closing of evidence in the case before the Family Court on 13.1.2015, it was being repeatedly adjourned for final hearing on various occasions, without any specific reasons. Aggrieved by the alleged inordinate delay in the disposal of the case, this writ petition is filed.

2. This Court had called for a report from the Family Court. The report received from the Family Court dated 10.7.2015 would indicate that the case in question is posted for pronouncing judgment on tomorrow (16.7.2015).

3. Under the above mentioned circumstances, we are of the opinion that the issue agitated herein no more survives for consideration.
