J U D G M E N T
C.K. Abdul Rehim, J:
This original petition is filed seeking to set aside Ext.P6 order passed by the Family Court, Kozhikode, through which an application filed by the petitioner seeking interim custody of the minor child was declined. Pursuant to notice issued from this court the respondent entered appearance and expressed her willingness to produce the child before this court.

Today, when the case is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that all the matrimonial disputes existed between the parties, which were pending in various litigations before the Family court, have been settled and an agreement was arrived even with respect to custody of the minor child on the basis of mutual consent. Under such circumstances the
OP (FC) No. 302/2015 -2petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this original petition.
Permission is granted. The original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
