JUDGMENT

K. Ramakrishnan, J This original petition is filed by the respondent in I.A.No.122/2013 in O.P.No.39/2000 on the file of the Family Court, Muvattupuzha, for issue of a direction. After arguing for some time, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all his contentions in appropriate court.
