The dispute in this Rent Control Revision has been settled between the parties before the Ernakulam Mediation Centre. The report of the Mediator as well as the Memorandum of Agreement entered into between the parties form part of the record of this case.
In view of the above this rent control revision is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Ernakulam Mediation Centre set out in the Memorandum of Agreement under Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Rules 24 and 25 of the Kerla Civil
