JUDGMENT

Antony Dominic, J.

The plaintiff in O.S.137/09 on the file of the Sub Court, Pala has filed this appeal, aggrieved by the judgment and decree passed on 31st January 2012 dismissing the suit. By order dated 24.7.2015, this appeal was referred for mediation and on the intervention of the Ernakulam Mediation Centre, the dispute was mediated and the parties have entered into agreement dated 6th August 2015 settling the entire disputes between them.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of as settled and directing that the parties will be governed by the terms of the mediation agreement dated 6th August, 2015. The appellant will be entitled to refund of the court fee paid on the appeal.
