JUDGMENT

Antony Dominic, J.

This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in O.S.25/2011 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kottayam. During the pendency of the appeal, by order dated 5th August, 2015 the matter was referred for mediation. Accordingly, the dispute was mediated at the Ernakulam Mediation Center and the parties have entered into mediation agreement dated 30th September 2015 settling the disputes between them. In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of, directing that the parties will be governed by the terms of the mediation agreement dated 30th September 2015 which will form part of this judgment.
