J U D G M E N T

There is report from the court below that C.M.P. No.5330 of 2013 in S.T No.1174 of 2012 stands dismissed on 15.03.2014. The relief essentially sought by the petitioner is a direction to dispose of the said petition expeditiously. In view of the report of the learned Magistrate, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the proceeding with liberty to file appropriate proceeding as regards the dismissal order. Hence, permission for withdrawal is granted without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to bring appropriate proceeding against the order in C.M.P. No.5330 of 2013, and this O.P is dismissed as withdrawn.
