J U D G M E N T

These appeals are preferred against the decree and judgment in O.S.No.8 of 2011 on the file of the District Court, Ernakulam. R.F.A.No.614 of 2013 is by the plaintiff and R.F.A.No.274 of 2013 is by the defendants. The disputes between the parties have been compromised during the pendency of these appeals and a compromise petition signed by the parties is filed as I.A.No.1401 of 2015 in R.F.A. No.274 of 2013. In the light of the terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the decree and judgment impugned in these appeals are set aside and O.S.No.8 of 2011 is disposed of in terms of the compromise. A copy of the compromise petition shall be appended to this judgment.
