The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of a claim petition filed before the Labour Court, Kannur. It is only appropriate that the petitioner file an application before the Labour Court, who can consider expeditious disposal of the case looking at the pendency of the cases which are necessarily to be disposed of year-wise. With the above observation, writ petition stands closed.
