JUDGMENT
Antony Dominic, J.
This appeal is filed by the defendants in O.S.No.1154/04 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Thrissur, who are aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 4.1.2013. By order dated 25th November, 2015 the parties were referred for mediation. Accordingly, the dispute was mediated at the Ernakulam Mediation Centre and the parties have settled the disputes and entered into the memorandum of agreement dated 3rd December 2015. In the light of the settlement thus arrived at, this appeal is disposed of directing that the terms of settlement will form part of the decree in this appeal and the appellant will also be entitled to refund of the court fee paid on the appeal.
