JUDGMENT

Petitioner seeks consideration of Ext.P2 application for release of her share of the Award amount. Petitioner's father was fatally injured in an accident and the petitioner, along with the other legal heirs, had filed the claim petition. Since petitioner's prayer is only for consideration of Ext.P2, if the same is filed before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, it is directed that, Ext.P2 shall be considered, with notice to either party, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

Original petition is disposed off.
