JUDGMENT

C.K. Abdul Rehim, J This original petition was filed seeking to set aside Ext.P1 order passed by the Family Court, Mavelikara in I.A.No.244/2014 in O.P.No.1031/2013. By the said order a petition filed by the respondent herein seeking a joint trial of O.P.No.1031/2013 with M.C.No.20/2013 was allowed. 2.

The respondent had filed I.A.No.6576/2015 herein, seeking to dismiss the above original petition on the basis that the matters pending before the Family Court were dismissed as not pressed. Along with the said interim application, a copy of the judgment passed in O.P.No.1031/2013 and order passed in M.C.No.20/2013, by the Family Court are also produced as Annexure-R1 and R2. 3.

In view of the fact that the original proceedings before the Family Court stands dismissed as

O.P.(F.C.). No.230 of 2014 not pressed, this original petition has become infructuous. Therefore this original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
