J U D G M E N T

The remarks called for by the Registry is to the following effect:- "The counsel for the petitioner filed a copy application No.1158/2015 on 16.9.2015 for getting the copy of the Order on EA.194/2010, pronounced on 14.9.2015. It was not accompanied by an emergent petition under Rule 246 of C.R.P. At present, certified copies are issued upto 31st May of 2015. In the normal course, it will take two months time to comply with C.A.No.1158/2015. If the counsel files an emergent application under 246 of C.R.P., copy can be issued on the very same day."

2. The petitioner is free to file an emergent application under Rule 246 of the Civil Rules of Practice. A carbon/certified copy shall therefore be issued on the same date of the emergent application. The petitioner is free to challenge the order so received appropriately.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
