JUDGMENT
The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of her claim petition pending on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thrissur. Ext. P3 application to advance the hearing of the case has been of no avail.

I direct the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thrissur to dispose of O.P.(M.V.) No. 801/2012 on its file as expeditiously as possible. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the case finally within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
