J U D G M E N T

ANTONY DOMINIC, J.:

Ext.P-4 order is under challenge. By this order, the court below has declined the prayer of the petitioner to discard the commission report submitted by the Advocate Commissioner. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also having gone through the pleadings, we are not inclined to think that the pleadings urged even if accepted be of any substance, does not justify the prayer made to discard the commission report. Therefore, we sustain Ext.P-4 order. However, we do not think that there is any justification for imposition of cost of Rs.200/- to be paid to the DLSA. Therefore, that part of Ext.P-4 imposing cost of Rs. 200/- to be paid to the DLSA stands deleted.
