The petitioner has filed this original petition seeking a direction for an early disposal of R.C.A.No.97/2011, which is pending before the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Thrissur. As per order dated 04.08.2015, we had called for a report from the Rent Control Appellate Authority seeking information regarding the time required for finally disposing of the Rent Control Appeal. Accordingly, a report has been placed before us along with a covering letter dated 21.08.2015 of the District Judge. The Rent Control Appellate Authority has informed us that, R.C.A.No.97/2011 could be disposed of within a period of 45 days.

In view of the above, this original petition is disposed of directing the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Thrissur to finally dispose of R.C.A.No.97/2011, within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
