JUDGMENT

Antony Dominic, J.

This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in O.S.36/09 on the file of the Sub Court, Kottarakkara. By order dated, 8th October, 2015 the appeal was referred for mediation. Accordingly, the dispute was mediated at the Ernakulam Mediation Centre and parties have entered into mediation agreement dated 8th October, 2015 settling the disputes. In the light of the settlement of the dispute, this appeal is disposed of directing that the parties will be governed by the terms of the settlement and the agreement will form part of this judgment.
