JUDGMENT

This appeal is filed by the plaintiff in O.S.No.656 of 2010 challenging the judgment and the decree dated 31.7.2013 passed by the Principal Sub Court, Kollam. The appeal was referred for mediation. Accordingly the dispute has mediated at the Ernakulam Mediation Centre (High Court) and the parties have entered into agreement dated 11.11.2015 settling the entire dispute. In the light of the above, this appeal is disposed of, directing that the decree will stand modified in terms of the mediation agreement dated 11.11.2015. The appellant will also be entitled to refund of the court fee paid on the appeal. Sd/- ANTONY DOMINIC, JUDGE.
