JUDGMENT

The parties to this Second Appeal have settled their disputes by recourse to mediation. The agreement arrived at by them at the mediation is part of the records. 2.

In the light of the agreement arrived at by the parties at the mediation, the impugned judgment is set aside and the suit O.S.No.852 of 2002 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Kodungallur is disposed of in terms of the compromise. A copy of the compromise arrived at by the parties at the mediation shall be appended to this judgment and the original shall be preserved. P.B.SURESH KUMAR, JUDGE.
