Going by the records, it could be seen that this matter is infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees with the above view and submits that the petitioner had already been released, as per the order dated 1/3/2011. In the above view, this revision petition will stand dismissed as infructuous, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to move the trial court to set aside the ex parte order.
