O.P.(KAT) We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 5th respondent. The petitioner was the first applicant before the Tribunal. Though by order dated 23.12.2014 this original petition was admitted to file, today it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he may be permitted to confine his request in I.A.No.2158 of 2015 which is nothing but one for a direction to consider what he has placed as Exhibit P3. That representation is addressed to the Deputy Director of Education, Thiruvananthapuram.
O.P.(KAT).No.418/14 Under the aforesaid circumstances, without expressing anything on merits and as consented to by the 5th respondent, this original petition is ordered, preserving all contentions as regards the contents of Exhibit P3 and leaving it open to the Deputy Director of Education, Thiruvananthapuram to consider Exhibit P3 in a time bound manner in accordance with law. Let the needful be done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, since the petitioner is stated to be retired in April, 2015.
