JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to take action on Ext.P1 complaint preferred by the petitioner and also to direct the third respondent to initiate action to stop the illegal constructions made by the third respondent. When this matter is taken up today, none appears for the petitioner. This writ petition has been filed as early as in 2004. This is one of the old matters pending in this Court. There is no meaning in keeping this matter pending any more. Therefore, this writ petition is closed without going into the merits of the contentions raised.
