None appears for the petitioner. There was also no representation on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner when the review petition was called on for hearing today. The same was the situation when the instant review petition was came up before me on 2.9.2015. On that day this court had passed the following order:- "None appears for the petitioner. There was also no representation on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner when the review petition was called on for hearing today. Registry has also reported that the petitioner has not complied with the direction issued by this court on 23.7.2015. However before dismissing the review petition for default, I deem it appropriate to grant the review petitioner another opportunity.

Call on 22.9.2015."

Today also the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not present though steps have been taken to serve notice on respondents 2 and 3, pursuant to the order dated 23.7.2015.
