O R D E R
This review petition is filed by the petitioner herein, aggrieved by the judgment in W.P.(C) No.35366/2009. During the pendency of the review petition, the dispute between the parties have been settled on payment of Rs.6,44,000/- towards the decreetal amount by the first respondent in the review petition. The amount has been paid by Demand Draft No.003103 dated 12.3.2015. The same has been handed over by the learned counsel for the first respondent to the learned counsel for the review petitioner and the payment is accordingly recorded.
2. Learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that in the light of the settlement between the parties, the order of attachment passed in I.A. No.382/2014 in this review petition may be lifted. Accordingly, the same is lifted. The order in the review petition will be communicated to the Sub Registry Office, Chevayoor, Kozhikode at
RP 948/2013 the expense of the first respondent.
