The landlord in RCP No.23/11 on the file of the Rent Control Court, Kochi is the revision petitioner. She filed the said RCP seeking eviction of the respondents herein. By order dated 28th of July, 2012, the RCP was allowed. The tenants filed RCA No.66/12 before the appellate authority. In the said appeal, the landlady filed IA No.4032/13 for an order under Section 12 of the Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act. In that IA, order dated 5th of February, 2014 was passed by the appellate authority. It was aggrieved by this order, the landlady has filed this revision. 2.
During the pendency of the revision, by order dated 1/7/14, this revision was referred for mediation. Accordingly, on the intervention of the mediator from the Ernakulam Mediation Centre, the parties have entered into settlement dated 22nd of September, 2014 whereby the entire dispute between them has been settled.
RCR No.96/14 : 2 :
In view of the above, this revision is disposed of as settled and directing that the settlement dated 22nd of September, 2014 will form part of this order.
