This revision is filed by the landlady, who filed RCP No.1/09 on the file of the Rent Control Court, Kayamkulam. Though an order of eviction as sought for was obtained, by the judgment in RCA No.13/11, the same was reversed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Mavelikkara. It is aggrieved by this order, the landlady has filed this revision petition.

When the revision petition came up before this Court, by order dated 18th of November, 2014, the matter was referred for mediation at the Ernakulam Mediation Centre. Accordingly, on the intervention of the Ernakulam Mediation Centre, the parties have settled their disputes and have entered into a memorandum of mediation agreement dated 16th of January, 2015.

R.C.Rev.No.293/14 : 2 :

In view of the above, this revision petition is disposed of directing that the parties will be governed by the terms of the mediation agreement dated 16th of January, 2015, which will form part of this judgment.
