O R D E R

Review is filed against the judgment which directed the issuance of a temporary permit of four months duration on the ground that there is objectionable overlapping.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nor has the Writ Petitioner availed of the benefit of the judgment nor does he intent to do the same. In any event, since there is a finding that there is an objectionable overlapping, the judgment is reviewed and the Writ Petition will stand dismissed.

In the result, Review Petition is allowed and Writ Petition is dismissed.
