--------------------------------------------- C.M.A.No.9 OF 2015 & R.P. No.22 OF 2015 --------------------------------------------- Dated this the 7th day of September, 2015
ORDER
Ravikumar, J.
C.M.A.No.9/2015 This application has been filed seeking condonation of a long delay of 1811 days in filing the petition seeking review of the judgment dated 08.01.2010 in W.A.No.78 of 2007. We have carefully gone through the reasons assigned for the delay. Apart from the vague statement that the petitioner was hospitalized due to fall and thereafter, underwent an operation no details with respect to such aspects have been given. Considering the fact that the delay is 1811 days, such a vague explanation of the delay cannot be said to be one satisfactorily explaining the same. In short, no satisfactory reason whatsoever has
C.M.A.9/2015 & R.P.No.22/2015 been assigned for condoning the aforesaid delay. In such circumstances, we do not find any reason to condone the inordinate delay of 1811 days. Resultantly, this application is dismissed. R.P.No.22 of 2015 Consequent to the dismissal of C.M.A.No.9 of 2015, this review petition is dismissed.
