O R D E R

It is submitted that in the judgment dated 9-12-2014 in W.P.(C)No.32998 of 2014 this Court directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for renewal of dealers license under the Kerala Minor Mineral Concession Rules after obtaining necessary report from the District Police Chief and District Collector. It is admitted now that report from the District Police Chief and District Collector is not necessary for considering the application.

2. In view of the above, the direction in the judgment to obtain the report of District Police Chief and District Collector is deleted and application shall be considered without insistence of any report from District Police Chief and District Collector.

The Review Petition is disposed of as above.
