The writ petition was disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and finalise Ext.P8 revision petition filed by the petitioner within two months as specified therein. This review petition has been filed by the petitioner pointing out that revenue recovery proceedings have already been initiated and as such it was omitted to be incorporated in the judgment to have the same kept in abeyance till the revision petition was finalised. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. After hearing both the sides, this review petition is disposed of making it clear that the coercive proceedings if any shall be kept in abeyance till final orders are passed by the 4th respondent in Ext.P8 revision petition.
