This review petition is filed by the petitioners pointing out that an arithmetical mistake has occurred in the judgment in paragraph 3 especially in the table showing the details of the compensation under various heads.
2. We heard the learned counsel on both sides. 3.
As regards item No.11- loss of dependency, the amount awarded is shown as 600120/-, but the calculation should be as the following :
6000 x 12 x 15 x 2/3 = `7,20,000/-, instead of `600120/-. We therefore allow the review petition. The amount will stand corrected accordingly and will be incorporated in the judgment. The total compensation will be `11,73,600/-. The said figure will be
RP No.47/2015 substituted instead of the earlier one. The corrected copy of the judgment will be issued.
