A.M.SHAFFIQUE, J * * * * * * * * * * * * R.P.No.71 of 2015 in W.P.C.No.23469 of 2014 ---------------------------------------- Dated this the 20th day of January 2015
O R D E R
This review petition has been filed seeking to review the judgment dated 01/10/2014 by which this Court had kept in abeyance all proceedings pursuant to Ext.P3 until 31/10/2014 on the undertaking that the petitioner shall pay the entire amount by 31/10/2014.
2.
In the review petition, it is inter alia contended that the petitioner could pay only Rs.2,00,000/-. Thereafter, in order to get further time, another writ petition was filed as W.P.C.No.35485/2014 which is still pending. Petitioner submits that this review petition has been filed as no directions were issued in W.P.C.No.35485/2014. 3.
Having gone through the averments in the writ petition, it is clear that the petitioner has only sought for time till 31/10/2014 to pay back the entire amount due to
the 1st respondent bank. Under such circumstances, petitioner is not entitled to seek modified relief by filing review petition.
In the result, no grounds are raised warranting review of the judgment. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. (A.M.SHAFFIQUE, JUDGE) jsr
