The writ petition was disposed of, based on the submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents that the total overdue amount was Rs.45,000/-, in turn directing the petitioner to satisfy the said amount within one month and to have the account regularized, subject to satisfaction of the requirement as above. The review petition has been filed by the respondent Bank pointing out that actual overdue amount was Rs.1,45,000/- and not Rs. 45,000/-, and as such the verdict requires to be modified accordingly.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that after passing the verdict, a sum of Rs. 66,000/- has been satisfied towards the overdue. The learned counsel for the review petitioner points out that after giving credit to the said amount, the balance amount for regularization would come nearly Rs.42,000/-.

The Review petition stands disposed of accordingly. Sd/- P. R. RAMACHANDRA MENON, (JUDGE) kmd
