Though what is prayed for in these cases is a review of the arrangement made by this Court in the common judgment rendered on 21st of May, 2014, we are not satisfied that the petitioners have made out any error justifying review as sought for by them. 2.

However, having regard to the submission made by both sides about the arrangements made by this Court for the production of the children before the Sheristadar of the Family Court (vide para 8 of the judgment), we feel that, it is only appropriate that both sides are given liberty to apply to the Family Court, Malappuram for modification of the arrangement, in the event they feel that due to genuine reasons, such a modification is necessary. 3.

It is made clear that in the event any such application is made by either of the parties, the Family Court will consider the application on merits with notice to the opposite side and will pass

orders thereon, without compromising the welfare of the children also.

With the above observation, the review petitions are disposed of.
