There is no observation adverse to the interest of the review petitioners in the impugned order. The review petitioners contend that the tenancy claim in respect of 7.68 acres in Survey Nos. 195, 196, 195/4, 198, 199/1, 200/1 and 201/1 of Mananthavady Village has become final. Reliance is placed on the order of the Taluk Land Board dated 15.10.1988 in TLB 14/86/TBA wherein these properties figure as item Nos. 10 to 16.

2.

The review petitioners add that coffee registration had been obtained in respect of the entire extent and that the original was produced earlier before the Taluk Land Board. It is also contended that a portion of the property was acquired for milk chilling plant and that compensation was awarded in L.A.R. No. 3/1988. All these are matters to be considered by the Taluk Land Board after notice to the review petitioners also.

3.

It is made clear that the review petitioners shall be put on notice pursuant to the order of remand dated 18.11.2014 in C.R.P.(LR). No. 148/2012. The impact of the

R.P. No. 116 of 2015 in C.R.P.(L.R.) No. 148 of 2012 2 proceedings earlier stated shall be adverted to by the Taluk Land Board while passing final orders anew. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders within a period of four months from today.

The review petition is disposed of.
