JUDGMENT

Antony Dominic, J.

The defendant in O.S.864/09 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thrissur is the appellant. By order dated 30.6.2015, the appeal was referred for mediation to the Ernakulam Mediation Centre. Accordingly, on the intervention of the mediator, parties have settled the disputes and entered into a mediation settlement dated 10.8.2015. In the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this appeal is disposed of directing that the parties shall be governed by the terms of the settlement which will form part of this judgment. It is also directed that steps shall not be taken against the appellant for realisation of the court fee.
