O R D E R

The matter has been referred to the Mediation Centre, High Court of Kerala. A successful mediation was conducted and the matter has been settled. A total amount of ₹ 15,00,000/- has already been paid and the first respondent has acknowledged the receipt of the above. A mediation settlement agreement has been entered into between the parties. All the terms contained in the mediation settlement agreement are legal and the same can be accepted. Accordingly, this Review Petition is disposed of in terms of the mediation settlement agreement, which forms part of this order.

R.P.177 of 2015 -: 2 :- The earlier order dated 18.12.2014 passed by this Court stands reviewed and the Crl.R.P. is also disposed of in terms of the mediation settlement agreement, which forms part of this order.
