ORDER

This is a petition for review of the judgment in O.P.(C) No.413 of 2015 dated 13.2.2015 on the ground that even after direction by this Court to dispose of the matter within four months, violation has been carried on in plenty making it unbearable for the petitioners to carry on. Therefore it is prayed that the time period fixed by this Court for four months may be reduced.

2. This Court has necessarily to take note of the workload of the Court concerned and one has to remember that the suit is of the year 2014. Necessarily, if the violation petition is to be considered, most probably evidence will have to be adduced. It was taken note of all these facts, this Court fixed four months time for disposal of the application. This Court finds no grounds to review the judgment in O.P.(C) No.413 of 2013.

This petition is without any merits and it is accordingly dismissed.
