O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this review petition seeking review of the judgment dated 08.12.2014 in W.P.(C) No.22418 of 2014. As per the judgment sought to be reviewed, the impugned order Exhibit P1 has been set aside and a direction has been issued to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application for building permit in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon.

According to the counsel for the petitioner, Rule 26 of Kerala Municipality Building Rules, 1999 is not applicable to the petitioner's property. I do not see any finding in the judgment sought to be reviewed to the effect that Rule 26 was applicable. Since the case of the petitioner has not been considered by me on the merits and

-:2:- Review Petition No.214 of 2015 in Writ Petition No.22418 of 2014 no finding on the merits has been entered into by me in the judgment sought to be reviewed, I do not find any substance in the contentions of the counsel for the petitioner. There is no error apparent on the face of the record or other substantial grounds to review the judgment, as sought for. In view of the above, this Review Petition is dismissed.
