The plaintiff in O.S.55/09 on the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Thoudpuzha is the appellant. By order dated 19.6.2015, the appeal was referred for mediation to the Ernakulam Mediation Centre. Accordingly, on the intervention of the mediator, parties have settled the disputes and entered into a mediation settlement dated 20.7.2015. In the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this appeal is disposed of directing that the parties shall be governed by the terms of the settlement which will form part of this judgment. Refund the court fee paid to the appellant.
