ORDER
The writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of based on the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar to have Ext.P5 to be considered and disposed of by the second respondent. The review petition has been filed by the writ petitioner pointing out that the petitioner omitted to note that the second respondent, by the time the judgment was rendered, had already forwarded Ext.P5 to the fifth respondent and it was for the fifth respondent to have the matter considered. Hence the review petition.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. After hearing both the sides the review petition is disposed of, making it clear that the direction issued by this Court as per the judgment dated 8.1.2015 will have to be complied with by the fifth respondent. Accordingly, there will be a
R.P.No.239 of 2015 in W.P.(C).No.32420 of 2014 direction to the fifth respondent to consider Ext.P5 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after conducting a site inspection also in the light of relevant judicial proceedings, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, at the earliest, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copies of the Review petition and the writ petition before the fifth respondent for further steps.
