ORDER
The review petitioner herein was not a party in the writ petition. This review petition was filed based on leave granted this court. The Review Petitioner is the President of Parent Teacher Association of the School concerned. It is stated that he is a person deeply interested in the well being of the school. In the judgment dated 20.11.2014 this court had directed the Government to take an appropriate decision with respect to management of the school in question, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the writ petitioner and all other parties concerned. Only claim of the petitioner is that he may also be given a chance of personal hearing, he being a person interested in the affairs of the school. Since it is already directed that a decision shall be taken after hearing all the parties concerned, this court is of the opinion that it can be
R.P. No. 263 OF 2015 2 clarified that an opportunity of personal hearing should be afforded to the review petitioner also.
Hence this review petition is disposed of by clarifying the judgment to the extent of directing the 1st respondent to afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner herein also.
