............................................................. Review Petition.No.270 of 2015 in W.P.(C).No.6642 of 2015 ............................................................. Dated this the 12th day of March, 2015

O R D E R

The petitioner in the review petition seeks a modification of the conditions imposed in the judgment dated 03.03.2015, to the extent of permitting him to get back the possession of the secured assets, without having to wait for the period of six months within which time he was to regularise the overdue amounts, in instalments.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Standing counsel for the respondents.

3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made across the bar, I find no grounds made out in the petition as would warrant a review of the directions already given in the judgment dated 03.03.2015. I only make it clear that, on the petitioner paying the overdue amount in 6 instalments, as directed in the judgment, or in lump sum prior to the expiry of the period of six months, the respondent bank will handover possession of the secured asset to the petitioner. The review petition is disposed accordingly.
