Ramachandran Nair, J.

In this review petition, it is pointed out that the order in I.A. No.759/2010 in C.O.No.32/2005 prejudicially affects the review petitioner herein. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the review petitioner that the said application was for amendment of valuation in the cross objection and the required court fee has also been paid. The cross objection was also allowed, but the review petitioner will not get the benefit of enhancement, if I.A. No.759/2010 is not allowed.

2. Heard learned Government Pleader also.

3. I.A. No.759/2010 has been ordered on 3.7.2012 with the order "dismissed". After having heard learned counsel on both sides, we are of the view that no prejudice will be caused to any parties, since the cross objection has already been allowed and the land value has been

RP No.759/2010 in IA No.759/2010 in CO No.132/2005 in LAA No.820/2005 enhanced.

4. In that view of the matter, we review the order passed in I.A.759/2010 in C.O.No.132/2005 and allow the said application. If any deficient court fee is there, it will be collected by the Registry.
