O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a modification of the directions in the judgment dated 5.3.2015 so as to enable him to get repossession of the vehicle on payment of the overdue amounts that were directed in the judgment.

2. I have heard Sri.B.H.Mansoor, the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner as also Sri.G.Hariharan, the learned Standing counsel for the respondent bank.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I find that the prayer of the petitioner for directing a restoration of possession of the vehicle that was taken possession of by the respondent bank, on his remitting the overdue amount in three equal and successive monthly installments commencing from 20.3.2015, can be granted.
