J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, J These writ appeals have been filed against the common judgment dated 23/01/2009 passed by the learned Single Judge in the writ petitions filed by the Educational Institutions and the students. The students were permitted to appear for the examination and results were also published. The examination which was in issue was pertaining to the year 2008.

Learned counsel appearing for the University submits that the results were declared and students have also completed the course. Hence at this distance of time, it is not necessary to enter into the issues raised in the writ appeals.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the writ appeals have virtually become infructuous. 4.
