Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

It is pointed out that for loss of earnings, the Tribunal has awarded compensation for four months, but this Court while enhancing the amount did not specify the period. Actually during hearing we have fixed the amount for five months by granting `50,000/- after adopting `10,000/- as the monthly salary. The period adopted is evident.
