JUDGMENT

Antony Dominic, J.

These appeals arise from the judgment and decree in O.S.285/2010 and 286/2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Nedumangad. By order dated 13.7.2015, appeals were referred for mediation. Accordingly, the dispute was mediated at the Ernakulam Mediation Centre. On such mediation, the parties have settled the disputes amicably and entered into mediation agreement dated, 11th September, 2015.

In the light of the above, these appeals are disposed of directing that the parties will be governed by the terms of the settlement. The parties will be entitled to the court fee paid on the appeal and the decree will stand modified in terms of the agreement.
